Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Items must not be washed or worn. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll help coordinate the exchange.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
